Rooms needs renovation and pest control , cockroaches were there and washroom was not clean . Overall price doesn’t match to room provided.

The ambience and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.Food quality is marvellous.Only owner has to look into shower arrangements.The hot and cold water tappings are not working properly.Those need servicing.Nothing more.

They didn’t gave complementary water bottle. Wi-Fi was also not available. They need to upgrade themselves in order to be in the competition

This used to be a great time place but not anymore. There is NO Internet. Average place with a great location. Many good restaurants nearby. Average service delivered by Staff, Average or below average cleanliness, Cockroaches in bathroom, Many communication gaps between their staff. One water bottle for 2 for 2 days of stay. Broken amenities in bathroom, broken tiles. Overall.. this was my last time to consider this place.

“Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and completely unprofessional. The room was filthy—there were stains on the sheets, dust everywhere, and the bathroom reeked of mold. The so-called amenities were nonexistent; the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the air conditioning was broken, and the ‘included breakfast’ was stale and inedible. To make matters worse, the walls were paper-thin, so I could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. I can’t believe they dare to charge money for such an appalling experience. Avoid this place at all costs.”

We paid and hotel was not good. The AC was constantly making noise, rooms/toilets were not clean and smelling. Please avoid this hotel at all costs at any time.
